The people who hold the space

Wild Soul was founded in March 2022 by Kasia and Kester, born from a shared passion for movement, breath and the transformative power of yoga. They’re joined by a small circle of guest teachers we love.

  • Kasia Kozłowska

    Co-founder & teacher

    Kasia Kozłowska

    Vinyasa, 4BEAT, Creative Flows

Kasia was lucky to start her practice young, during a turbulent time — armed with a VHS, she practised sun salutations on her living room floor and slowly noticed how grounding it felt.

In 2020 she deepened her exploration with a life-changing 200hr teacher training, later adding 4BEAT, where breath synchronises to the beat in a calming, meditative flow.

Inspired by a lifelong love of movement, she weaves creative sequences that build strength and mobility — strong yet supportive, with a few playful challenges and plenty of good humour.

  • Kester Hynds

    Co-founder & teacher

    Kester Hynds

    Breathwork, Primal Flow, Ashtanga, Handstands

Kester’s movement journey began with martial arts and spiralled through dance, contact improvisation, aerial circus and yoga. A bike accident in 2014 nudged him toward yoga for rehab — but he quickly found it offered much more.

He trained first with It’s Yoga under Joy Phrombut and Ricardo Martin, later in Ashtanga with David Swenson, 4BEAT with Marcus Veda, and handstands with Sammy Dineen.

His teaching blends breath-led yoga with Primal Flow, mobility and mixed movement — strong, playful and grounded in real experience. Expect sessions that challenge and centre you in equal measure.

From time to time

Our guest teachers

A number of wonderful teachers lead our classes throughout the season, each bringing their own rhythm to the mat.

  • Alessandra (Lala) Luti

    Alessandra (Lala) Luti

Lala’s journey began during her university course in anthropology and eastern philosophies. She believes the best way to understand yoga is by experiencing it — on and off the mat. Her classes combine pranayama, asana and philosophy.

  • Judit Berge

    Judit Berge

Judit likes to create classes where everyone feels included and can adapt the poses to their own bodies. Her classes leave you feeling refreshed and energised — expect the soothing sound of singing bowls during savasana.

  • Leigh (Leonora) Lihou

    Leigh (Leonora) Lihou

Yoga came into Leigh’s life as a way to heal her mind and heart. Since her first class on YouTube she has been on a transformative journey, growing in confidence and self-love. Expect a holistic approach combining strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

  • Sijia Hao

    Sijia Hao

Sijia believes yoga is a way to move and heal the body, as well as a path to cultivate the mind and soul. Her classes connect you with your body, help focus your mind, and encourage you to have some fun.
