A home for your wild soul
Wild Soul is a small, independent yoga studio rooted in South East London — built around breath, movement and the simple belief that everyone deserves space to feel at home in their body.

Our story
It began on a living-room floor
Founded March 2022
Wild Soul was started by Kasia and Kester, born from a shared passion for movement, breath and the transformative power of yoga — and a wish to build the kind of welcoming, unpretentious space they’d always wanted to practise in.
What grew from a handful of community classes is now two studios across South East London, a circle of guest teachers, and a yearly retreat under the Moroccan sun — all still run with the same care it started with.
The name says it best: we’re here to help you reconnect with your wild and soulful self, whatever brought you to the mat.
What we hold to
The things we practise
Not rules so much as a feeling — the things we try to bring to every class, workshop and retreat.
i.
All are welcome
Every body, every background, every level. First-timers and old hands share the same room — there’s no club to join and nothing to prove.
ii.
Breath before shape
The posture matters less than the breath inside it. We teach movement that listens to the body rather than forcing it into a picture.
iii.
Strong yet supportive
Classes that build real strength and mobility, held with warmth, good humour and a few playful challenges along the way.
iv.
Community over perfection
We’re growing something local and human. The point was never the perfect pose — it’s the people you find beside you on the mat.
Where to find us
Two studios, one community
Both are characterful church spaces — high ceilings, good light and room to breathe — a short hop apart in South East London.

The people
Held by a small circle of teachers
Founders Kasia and Kester teach most of the week, joined by a handful of wonderful guest teachers who each bring their own rhythm to the mat.
